Our physical retail store remains closed at this time and we are unable to provide curbside pickup, but we will be happy to ship your order to you.
Our online store is open for business and our customer service and fulfillment teams are working safely to meet your needs. We have recently caught up on our backlog of orders and are shipping most orders within 1 business day.
We have exerienced unprecendented challenges with our supply chain. We are currently processing a very large number of backorders for flies. We have committed more staff to fulfillment of backorders and hope to complete them this week. If you are waiting for flies, please know we are doing all we can to get them to you as quickly as possible.
All operations other than fulfillment are being done remotely. We have reduced employee density by working multiple shifts and we have implemented social distancing and disinfection protocols.
Our region is beginning to reopen cautiously. As we do, we will continue to follow safety protocols to ensure everyone's safety and to do our part to ensure that we do not have a second wave.
